Enhancing Quality of Life With Revolutionary Memory Care
We have the Perfect In-Home Alzheimer’s Caregiver for Your Senior
On top of typical training and education, all our caregivers at The Legacy Care At Home receive extensive Alzheimer’s training. This specific training ensures our team of caregivers is prepared to attend to the complex needs of seniors and aging adults living with Alzheimer’s. All of our caregivers receive a virtual reality experience from a patient living with Dementia.
Ensuring that one’s basic needs are met is only one aspect of quality of life. That’s why our caregivers work with seniors and aging adults to address physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional needs in order to maximally enhance quality of life. Not only do we carefully select experienced and qualified caregivers to join our team, but we also offer our staff continuing educational resources in order for them to continuously improve as caregivers

About our process and how we can help …
Initial phone consultation
In this initial phone consultation, we’ll ask some basic questions to learn more about your needs, and about what you require from our services. At the end of this phone call, we will be able to schedule an appointment for one of our specialists to visit the home of the individual who will require our services.
Home visit
After learning more about your loved one’s needs in our initial phone consultation, we’ll complete an initial visit to assess the home environment. This will allow us to develop a personalized home care plan tailored to the individual’s unique needs.
Personalized home care plan
With the phone consultation and first visit complete, we will develop a personalized home care plan for your loved one. This includes what types of support are required, as well as determining the ideal caregiving schedule for your loved one’s needs.
