Personalized care
We do NOT take a one-size-fits-all approach to caregiving. Instead, we personalize each care plan to fit the client we are working with. We do this by learning about the individual needs and desires of every client and their family before anything else to ensure that everyone is on the same page. As the client’s needs and desires change, the personalized care plan also changes. There are two main benefits to a personalized care plan. First, we can provide the best possible service to the client because we are up-to-date with all of their needs and desires. Second, the client remains involved in key decisions about their care plan, allowing them to continue living happy, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Specialized care
As well as offering high-quality personalized care, which takes into account the client’s unique needs and desires, we also provide specialized care to all our clients. This means that we develop a plan according to any particular medical conditions the client may possess. For example, we provide specialized care for the hospital-to-home transition following discharge from the hospital. Likewise, we offer Alzheimer’s and dementia care, Parkinson’s care, hospice care, as well as post-stroke recovery care for all clients. Our staff receive specialized training in all these areas, so you can be sure that you or your loved one is receiving not only personalized care but also specialized care to meet their unique medical needs.
